Achieving surface roughness on the order of a few nanometers without polishing!

We would like to introduce a product example of ultra-precision machined parts that have undergone "ultra-precision aspheric machining (electroless NiP)." The material used is STAVAX + electroless NiP. The size is Φ5mm x sag 0.625mm concave (aspheric part). This is ultra-precision machining using single crystal diamond tools. [Production Achievements] Titanium, Brass, Stainless Steel Spherical Processing

Introduction of achievements in spherical processing! A small lot request of 10 pieces each for three types of materials.

We would like to introduce a product we manufactured at the request of someone who operates a relaxation salon. They requested modifications to tools used in treatments at the salon, and we processed a total of 10 pieces each from three types of materials: titanium, brass, and stainless steel. The material for the round bars, measuring Φ6×70mm, was provided by the customer. We performed spherical processing on one side, chamfering on the opposite side, and flat surface processing (end face processing).
